YOUR COUNSELLING JOURNEY
Sharing experiences and feelings, within a therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity for self-awareness and self-exploration.
I am committed to providing an empathetic, inclusive and non-judgmental environment in which our therapeutic relationship can grow.
By creating a safe supportive space we can work together to allow you to comfortably explore challenges which may be impacting your well-being.
I am a counselling therapist and a registered member of UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and the National Counselling Society, having completed 4 years Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy training at the Wealden Institute, and I hold the UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice.

I will support you in an attentive and respectful way, while you make your own discoveries. This may involve exploring past events and decisions and relating them to what is going on for you now in order to achieve the change(s) you seek.
Offering a choice of long or short term work, I help clients with a wide range of difficulties such as:
- Anger and feelings which come out in unhelpful ways
- Attachment issues
- Anxiety, fear and panic attacks
- Carer responsibilities, loss and bereavement
- Disordered eating patterns
- Eating disorders
- Emotional abuse and mild trauma
- Loneliness, isolation and depression
- Low self-confidence and self-esteem.
